Returns
We are happy to refund any purchase from www.baytonhorticulturecentre.co.uk that is returned to us unopened in the original packaging and unused within 14 days of postage less our original postage fee.
Proof of purchase is required for your item(s) to be eligible to be returned.
If you cancel before the item has been dispatched, we will endeavor to provide a refund without the postage and packaging fee at our discretion.
If any of the products are damaged or defective, we will refund the cost of the order or alternatively send out a replacement order
What Happens when the product is returned
We offer, Credit notes and Replacement’s on all returns.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your Returns to be processed.
Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection. We will notify you via email to inform you if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you. If approved we will contact you to confirm the return option.
Return Exceptions
Items cannot be returned if the item is open and have been tampered with/items missing.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@baytonhorticulturecentre.co.uk.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Bayton Horticulture Centre, Unit 31 Brindley Road, Exhall, Coventry, CV7 9EP.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
