Shipping Costs
Orders are dispatched using APC Overnight. Standard delivery costs £7.95 for orders of £50 or less.
Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50. Heavy-item and regional surcharges may still apply, as explained below.
Heavy Item Surcharges
Base nutrients supplied in A&B 10 L sets incur a heavy-item surcharge of £3.99 per set.
Growing media incurs a surcharge of £3.00 per bag.
Individual items weighing 20–30 kg incur a surcharge of £7.99 per item. The product page will show applicable charges and the item’s weight in the Additional Information tab.
Items over 30 kg or particularly large items may require pallet delivery, which costs approximately £50. We will contact you to confirm the charge before dispatch.
Regional Delivery Surcharge
Delays and Out-of-Stock Items
We will inform you by email or telephone if your order is delayed.
We aim to resolve issues promptly, but some delays may take longer than 24 hours. We will keep you informed.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss an alternative product, a refund for the unavailable item, or dispatching the full order when the item becomes available again. We will confirm the agreed option before dispatch.
Dispatch Times
Weekdays: Orders received by 3 pm are normally dispatched from our warehouse on the next working day.
Weekends: Orders received after 3 pm on Friday or during the weekend are normally processed on Monday and dispatched by Tuesday, excluding bank holidays.
