Shipping Costs
Items are shipped via DHL eCommerce, a shipping charge of £7.95 will be applied to orders below £75.
Free shipping is available on orders over £75.
Heavy Item Surcharges
All Base Nutrients in sets of A&B 10L will be subject to a Heavy Item surcharge of £3.99 per set.
For Growing Media there will be a surcharge of £3.00 per bag.
Individual items between 20kg-30kg will be subject to a £7.99 surcharge per item. This will be listed on the product page and the weight will be displayed in the More Information tab.
Products over 30kg or very large items will be subject to a pallet charge at approximately £50.00, we will contact you to discuss.
Regional Delivery Surcharge
Delay’s/Out of Stock Item’s
Customers will be informed of any delays by email or phone.
Although we will try to resolve any issue within 24 hours this isn’t always possible and you will be informed of any delays.
You will be informed of any items that are out of stock by email and offered either an alternative product, a refund or for the whole order to be shipped once the item returns into stock.
No order will be sent out without this confirmation unless we do not have a production date.
Dispatch Times
Weekdays – Orders will be dispatched the next day from our warehouse, as long orders are received by 3pm the previous day.
Weekends –Any orders processed after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and dispatched by Tuesday.
